Hi I’m Marc Cairns, sole director of our family business MDC Decorating Specialists PTY LTD based right here on the Gold Coast servicing only the Gold Coast.

MDC Decorating Specialists was originally formed in the UK which is where I have been trained I have a total of 19 years experience, the business name has been chosen carefully because I want to offer something special to you, not just another painting company.

Decorating – meaning any and all forms of painting, interior and exterior, big or small, high or lowset, colour consultation, accessibility, quality and knowledge.

Specialists – Meaning I provide a highly professional service with client/customer relations being at the forefront of everyday management, using experience gained from around the world to which I have gained from many years of travel and living in other countries which include Uk, USA, Spain, France, Tenerife, Africa to name a few – in these places I have learnt logistics, access, all products on the market as each country has their own style and brands, when and how to use and apply, specialist customer service for the UK government and Ministry of defence programs being able to find a solution to every and any problem, quickly efficiently stress and complication-free.

Leadership contains certain elements of good management, but it requires that you inspire, that you build durable trust. For a business to be not just good but to win, leadership means evoking participation larger than the job description, commitment deeper than any job contract wording.
